A Nevada County cannabis bond is a requirement for the licensing of cannabis producers as per Sec. L-II 3.30 (G)(1)(xxi) of the Nevada County Land Use and Development Code.

The surety bond ensures that the Nevada County Land Use and Development Code's Section L-II 3.30 is followed. The liability also covers costs, reasonable expenditures, and fees, including reasonable attorney's fees incurred by the County in implementing the same.
