James A. Musick Facility

Can I get a bail bond any time of the day?

Yes. We provide bail bonds for those who are incarcerated at James A. Musick Facility 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Intake Release Center at James A. Musick Facility accepts bail bonds 24 hours a day.

Do you offer no-collateral bail bonds?

Yes we do. In fact, we don’t require collateral for most of our bonds. We understand that this is a tough time for our clients—financially, emotionally, physically. We do what we can to help our clients get through it. We find a way to ease their burden by requiring less from them.

No-collateral bonds are also called recognizance bonds. We only need the signature of the arrestee and/or his co-guarantors for this type of bond. However, the arrestee must meet our criteria before the bond is issued. The arrestee must possess the following:

  • No prior criminal record
  • Has a good credit history
  • Not a threat to public safety
  • Only accused of a minor felony case
  • Has a stable job or a proof of income
  • Not a flight risk

What is a co-guarantor?

Bail bond is a guarantee that the arrested person will attend his court dates once released. Defendants who cannot come up with the entire bond premium on his own usually asks a family member or a friend to do it for him. They’re called co-guarantors. Co-guarantors will be held responsible if the defendant fails to appear in his intended court dates.
