Easy online bail bond

A bail is a pledge provided by the defendant to the judge in order to be released from jail.

By posting bail, the defendant is promising that he or she will return to all future court proceedings or trials.

A bail bondsman, on the other hand, pledges to be liable to the defendant’s failure. Which means that if the defendant fails to return to his trials, the money that was paid by the bail bondsman for the release of the defendant will be taken by the court.

A defendant does not need to give the court the entire bail amount. The bail bondsman will do it for him.

In return, the defendant and his co-guarantors (family or friends who will be responsible for the defendant) will pay the bond premium to the bail bondsman. This is usually 10% of the bail amount, or lower in some cases.

Once the paperwork has been completed, the bond premium paid, and the collateral pledged (if necessary), our bail bondsman will go to Huntington Park Jail to secure the defendant’s conditional release by posting a bail bond.

Completing the paperwork is fast, easy, and convenient. The whole process can be done online and in a manner of minutes.

We’ll send you everything via our secured online transaction management service.
