Pico Rivera Jail

Pico Rivera Jail is under the care of Pico Rivera Sheriff’s Department. The Pico Rivera Sheriff’s Department partners with the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department in keeping the city and its neighboring areas safe.

In fact, the City government forks over large shares of its budget toward law enforcement as an effort to maintain public safety.

Pico Rivera Sheriff’s Department has an extensive list of programs that the City supports. There’s Family Abuse Intervention and Resources (FAIR), Gang Crime Suppression Program (GCSP), Narcotics Enforcement Team (NET), and Crime Stoppers Anonymous Tip Line to name a few.

Offenders who are arrested within the area will be brought to Pico Rivera Jail. The arrestees will be placed inside a holding cell until they are released on bail or transferred to a different county jail.

Just like some jails across the Los Angeles County, Pico Rivera opens its doors to kids during Halloween.

The Pico Rivera Parks & Recreation Department transforms the city jail into a house of horrors. Aside from the “Candy Walk”, the spooky yet fun-filled event comes with different activities and booths as well.

How to Get a Bail Bond

Step 1: Call us

One of our expert bail bondsmen will walk you through the bail bond process. You may also email us or fill out our contact form HERE.

Step 2: Complete the paperwork

This can be done online through our secured online bail bonding service.

So even if you live in a different state, you’ll still be able to avail of our services without going to our office to sign the required documents.

We’ll send you the forms via email. Once you have completed the forms and have digitally signed them, the payment of the bond premium is next.

The bond premium is usually 10% of the bail amount.

In some instances, we do require our clients to pledge a collateral. However, this is a case-by-case basis.

Step 3:  The bail will be posted at Pico Rivera Jail

One of our bail agents will go to Pico Rivera Jail to post bail.

The defendant will only be released after he or she has been booked – the process in which the identity of the defendant is verified by the enforcement agency.

The amount of time before the defendant is released will depend on the jail’s booking procedure and how busy it is.
